From nutrition to mental toughness these are the experts in their field who have done countless hours of research, education and proved time and time again how valuable their skill set is in reaching success.
ALEX MOORE
An Australian native, Alex has almost 20 years of experience in elite sport bringing a background in both strength and conditioning training and exercise physiology. Alex is currently the High Performance Director of the Cleveland Cavaliers, a role which he has fulfilled since 2013. In this role he manages key aspects of performance (Strength and Conditioning, Sport Science, Nutrition, Psychology). Prior to this he was the Strength and Conditioning Coordinator at the US Ski Team, managing a group that oversaw the physical preparation programs of over 200 athletes. During this time the US experienced it most successful Olympic Games, bringing in 21 medals in Vancouver.
Before moving to America, Alex worked in multiple professional sports in Australia including Rugby Union and Australian Rules Football. Alex has the ability to connect with a wide variety of athletes and bring out their best through scientifically designed programs. His programs, whilst demanding, stress the elements of fun and variety.
D'ANA BAPTISTE
A yoga teacher born in Utah, raised in Oakland, CA, and educated at U.C. Berkeley, D’ana’s ultimate "message" is to find one's own way in the big "mind- body" world. She has been a part of the fitness/wellness movement for 30 years, and has over 26 years experience in the yoga industry. D’ana graduated from UCB in 1988 with a double B.A. in International Relations and French, then promptly moved to Mexico to teach aerobics.
She started teaching yoga while working at Rancho La Puerta Spa in Tecate, MX and continued while acting as fitness director for Cunard Cruise Ships. D’ana and Baron Baptiste opened Baptiste Power Yoga Institute in Philadelphia, PA in 1995 and again in Cambridge, MA in 1998. In January 2000, after teaching yoga in the Bay Area, Malibu, Philadelphia, and Boston, Dana moved to Utah, where she has since built a community of dedicated yoga practitioners who love her philosophy of embracing ALL that life has to offer, using ALL the senses to do so.
She offers the most cohesive yoga teacher training program in Utah and also has a non-profit organization called InBody Outreach, to bring yoga to over 75 organizations dedicated to underserved populations, to offer yoga to people who otherwise couldn't experience it. When she’s not running the studio or the trainings, you can find her swimming in the ocean, reading a good book, or watching football.

LARAE WRIGHT
LaRae Wright is a serial entrepreneur who enjoys mentoring and coaching others. As co-founder of SWP Enterprises. LLC, Ms. Wright believes we succeed when we operate in an environment that cultivates creativity, fosters meaningful conversations and leverages unique perspective and experiences from others.
Ms. Wright is a Lead Faculty for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business program teaching locally in Utah as well as in the national online blended program delivered in partnership with Babson College. She also teaches in Babson College’s entrepreneurial course, Surge and Grow, and is active in entrepreneurial education and advancement.
Ms. Wright is an International Fellow, at St. George’s House in the UK. St George’s House was founded in 1966 by H.R.H. The Duke of Edinburgh and the then Dean of Windsor, Robin Woods, as a place where people of influence and responsibility in every area of society can come together to explore and communicate their views and analysis of contemporary issues.
Prior to entrepreneurial pursuits, Ms. Wright had 20+ years corporate experience in financial services and healthcare as an executive at American Express and Catholic Healthcare West.
Ms. Wright is a graduate from Brigham Young University.
Dr. Jason Selk, LPC, NCC
While serving as the Director of Mental Training for the St Louis Cardinals, Dr. Jason Selk helped the team win their first World Series in over 20 years, and in 2011 he assisted the Cardinals in the historic feat of winning their second World Championship in a six year period. Dr. Selk is a regular contributor to Forbes, INC, Success, Shape, and Self Magazine; ABC, CBS, ESPN, and NBC radio and television; and has been featured in USA Today, CNBC, and Men’s Health. Dr. Selk’s second book, Executive Toughness, is a best-selling business book and his first book, 10-Minute Toughness, is on pace to be one of the best-selling sport psychology books of all time. Dr. Selk’s latest book Organize Tomorrow Today has been predicted by USA Today as one of the Top 10 best business books of the year and is now in bookstores across the country.
Dr. Selk is considered to be one of the premier performance coaches in the United States. He helps numerous well- known professional and Olympic athletes as well as Fortune 500 and Fortune 100 executives and organizations develop the mental toughness necessary for high-level success.
Dr. Selk utilizes his in-depth knowledge and experience of working with the world’s finest athletes, coaches and business leaders to help individuals and organizations outperform their competition. TRIGENA HALLEY, PCC, BCC
Trigena Halley is the founder and owner of Peak Performance CCT, LLC which she started inn2008 as a way to combine her 20+ years of corporate experience with professional coaching, consulting and training.
Today Trigena works with individuals and organizations seeking to enhance and improve peak performance through a sustainable, result-focused, leadership approach. Her experience spans service, non-profit, government, corporate, educational and faith-based organizations. Trigena’s coaching practice focuses on executives, high potential leaders, individual and teams. Trigena offers several courses and programs related to individual and team performance, leadership resiliency, organizational transition, conflict competence and coaching, as well as a myriad of individual and organizational assessments. Trigena has significant experience training and coaching groups and intact work teams. She has led the development and implementation of large-scale leadership and coach training programs for several corporate clients.
In addition to her own clients, Trigena is an instructor for the University of Utah Professional Education Center where she teaches coaching, emotional intelligence, accountability, effective presentations and the workplace trainer courses. She is also faculty with Coaching4Clergy and Coaching4Businessleaders. She is also leads the Federal Government’s Utah, Colorado and New Mexico state leadership development programs. In these capacities she is responsible for all aspects of the year-long leadership program where she has responsibility for program content, facilitation, hiring of program instructors, leadership coaches and participant’s developmental activities as well as overall program quality.
Passionate about the great outdoors, Trigena offers experiential leadership programs and women’s retreats in southern Utah with Excursions of Escalante. She has found nature itself provides the ideal palette for learning and change.
Trigena is the co-author of A Coach Approach to Leadership: Enhancing Performance, Empowering Others, as well as a textbook titled Professional Coaching Training. She also has a regular Coaching spot on KUTV’s Fresh Living show. Trigena has a Master of Arts in Communication Consultancy and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Oklahoma State University.
Trigena holds several certifications and credentials, including Board Certified Coach (BCC), Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation (ICF), Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) certification and MHS Emotional Intelligence. She is also qualified to deliver several personality and behavioral assessments as well as 360 assessments. She is currently completing certificates with the NeuroLeadership Institute and The Academy for Brain Based Coaching.
Trigena has volunteered for the American Red Cross, United Way and Sundance Film Festival. She has volunteered with and served on several non-profit boards throughout her career. Currently she is a board member for Holding Out HELP (HOH) www.holdingouthelp.org, a non profit organization that helps individuals and families transitioning out of polygamy.
Trigena and her husband reside in the backdrop of the Wasatch Mountains in Sandy, UT. They have six children ranging in age from 12-24 years old – two biological and four adopted. Trigena and her family spend four seasons a year playing in the great outdoors – skiing, hiking, mountain biking, running, rafting, canyoneering and exploring together!
